Jonathan Hood is the founder of Ahead of the Game, a youth mentorship program that has served over 2,000 diverse youth in at-risk neighborhoods. A former CFL athlete and current PhD candidate, he works as an executive coach and leadership consultant, offering speaking engagements, corporate coaching, and leadership workshops. He combines experience across professional sports, academic, and business sectors to advance mentorship and non-profit initiatives.

Julian Cohen has held leadership positions in security, risk, and compliance at finance, healthcare, and technology organizations, where he has built security programs, led cross-functional teams through M&A transactions, and designed security controls and technologies deployed in commercial products. His expertise spans product security, enterprise security, security operations, governance and risk management, and corporate governance, with knowledge of regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, SOX, and others. He serves as a CISO, advisor, and board member.

Owen Wang is a full stack engineer with over 12 years of experience, currently working in engineering at Fay Nutrition. He has led teams, worked at early-stage startups, and operated at large companies, with work spanning scalable systems design, big data analysis, and test infrastructure automation.

Ronald Lei is a Senior Manager in Management Consulting at KPMG Canada, where he leads teams on finance and actuarial transformation programs for insurance providers. His work encompasses data analytics and visualization solutions across financial transformations, DEI analytics, ESG reporting, and regulatory compliance, including IFRS 17 implementation. He supports clients through large-scale data and systems transformations using tools including Python, R, Qlik, Tableau, and cloud platforms.

Ryan Shrott is a Director and quantitative analyst specializing in exotic equities at BMO Capital Markets' Global Markets division. He maintains a blog documenting his work in the field.

Vivian Li is a partner at MacDonald & Partners LLP and a family lawyer admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2016. She holds a JD from Western University and a business degree from Ivey Business School, and practices across divorce, child and spousal support, property division, parenting disputes, and domestic contracts, as well as providing parenting coordination services. Li has served on the board of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and volunteers as pro bono counsel for women's shelters.
