Investment thesis
WILCO operates a non-dilutive acceleration program for early-stage Tech and DeepTech startups under three years old based in the Paris Île-de-France region, at commercial seed stage or TRL 3-4. Its WILCO One program spans six months and structures companies toward reaching their first €1M in annual revenue within three years, using a KPI-driven methodology across five growth levers: sales and marketing, people and leadership, financial strategy, tech and product, and CSR. Rather than taking equity, WILCO provides zero-interest, unsecured entrepreneur loans of up to €150K per startup (a €50K seed loan plus a €25-100K acceleration loan), alongside sector coaching, thematic bootcamps, and access to expert-partner and corporate networks.
