Giulio Vietti works on investments, strategic initiatives and value creation in the capital markets sector at WebN, and sits on the boards of traditional capital markets and Web3 companies. He previously spent two years focused on principal investments at Brevan Howard and worked as a consultant in the private equity advisory (PIPE) division at Boston Consulting Group in London. Earlier in his career he traded equity algo, exotic derivatives and structured products at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, and he holds an MSc in Management from ESCP Europe and a BSc in Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.

Matt Molloy works with WebN Group's portfolio companies on defining and executing commercial and product strategy for incubated businesses. He has roughly a decade of experience in consulting and private equity focused on financial services and Web3, previously serving as Vice President and Digital Assets Lead at Motive Partners and spending five years at Accenture leading the FinTech Innovation Lab in London. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath.

Sean Burby evaluates new incubation opportunities at WebN Group, supports existing WebN businesses, and develops relationships with strategic ecosystem partners. He previously held trading and investment roles at several global macro hedge funds, most recently at Brevan Howard, where he worked for one of its founding partners. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Surrey.

Shrey Rastogi works with portfolio companies on early-stage product development and long-term strategy, drawing on experience building seed-stage businesses and advising capital markets and financial services firms. He previously built a new asset management business at BT Pension Scheme and held product and strategy roles at fintech startups Fluidly and VertoFX, and earlier worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company serving financial services clients in Europe and Southeast Asia. He holds a Master of Arts in business administration from London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from SSCBS, Delhi University, and is a CFA charter holder.

Valentin Mihov works on incubating, launching, and scaling new businesses in the capital markets space, reviewing incubation opportunities, defining minimum viable products and business models, and driving product and commercial strategy for new ventures. Before joining Webn, he was a Principal in the capital markets practice at Oliver Wyman, where he worked on over 25 projects with banks, buy-side players, and market infrastructure providers. He holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Adam Armitage supports WebN Group's new projects and existing portfolio on legal matters including commercial contracts, employment, fundraising, intellectual property, and general corporate work. He has around nine years of legal experience across private practice and in-house roles, previously serving as an associate in the Private Equity team at White & Case LLP in London, with secondments to Blackstone Credit, Lightsource bp, and Antin Infrastructure Partners. He holds a GDL, LPC, and LLB, along with a BA in English and American Literature from the University of Warwick.

Barbara Walshe supports WebN's portfolio companies on legal and regulatory matters and leads the firm's business infrastructure team covering brand and design, communications and marketing, compliance and legal, and HR. She qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and worked at Ashurst LLP and Linklaters LLP before becoming Chief Legal Officer of an early-stage green tech startup, and later served as sole legal counsel for the manager of the Hargreave Hale AIM VCT. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.

Fay Palaska leads the People function at Webn, supporting portfolio companies with their people strategy and operations, including HR operations, learning and development, performance management, and global employment and recruitment models. She previously served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at IQ-EQ, HR Business Partner and HR Talent Manager at Lawson Conner, and Head of People & Operations at X-Trade Brokers. She holds a Master of Arts in European Studies from the University of Aegean and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and is a CIPD Associate Member.

James Newman works on product, commercial, and go-to-market strategies across WebN Group's venture incubations, supporting builds for both traditional finance firms and digital-native businesses. He brings 15 years of investment banking experience in derivatives sales, structuring, and trading, and has focused on Web3 and digital asset markets for six years. Before WebN, he worked at Brevan Howard within Alan Howard's Family Office on principal investing across crypto, Web3, fintech, and frontier technologies, and earlier was Co-Head of EMEA FX Hedge Fund Sales at RBS. He is a CFA charterholder and holds an MA in Finance and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Durham University.

Kevin Wong works with WebN Group's legal team and portfolio businesses, advising on corporate governance, structuring, and contract matters, and offering business guidance from a legal perspective. He began his career in private practice at US law firm Orrick before qualifying and moving to UK venture capital-focused firm Taylor Vinters. He studied English Literature at Lancaster University.

Liga Zonenberga leads compliance and financial crime risk management for WebN and its portfolio companies, covering advisory, risk assessment, control design, due diligence, and training. She has over 13 years of experience in financial crime prevention and compliance, previously serving as Financial Crime Lead for Partnerships at Revolut and Banking-as-a-Service Financial Crime Lead at ClearBank, with earlier roles at Deutsche Bank, HSBC Global Banking & Markets, and Deloitte. She holds a Master of Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and is ACAMS certified.

Lisa Beavington supports the WebN team by managing the working environment, assisting the executive team, and advising portfolio companies. She has nearly 30 years of experience across organizations ranging from startups to FTSE 100 companies. Prior to WebN she was Operations Manager EMEA & APAC at Digital Shadows, Executive Assistant to the UK Managing Director of BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, and Executive Assistant to a CEO at Inchcape PLC.

Susie Gomes supports the finance function at WebN Group, providing services that include bookkeeping, accounts management, and regulatory financial reporting, as well as designing and improving internal processes. She has prior experience in local practice, government departments, and the finance industry in the Channel Islands, and completed her professional qualifications while working in local practice.
