She previously served as Country Manager for Google Italy within the EMEA Hub in Dublin and as Managing Director of Groupon Italy, developing expertise in strategy, operations, and sales. Manfredi is a member of Nedcommunity, the Italian Association of Independent Board Members, and invests as a business angel through the Angels for Women Network.

Giacomo Emanuele Romano serves as Capital Formation Director at Vam Investments, an Italian mid-market private equity firm specializing in platform consolidation strategies.
