Investment thesis
Triangle concentrates exclusively on research spin-offs, backing highly skilled engineers and entrepreneurs commercializing technology. Rather than making mass investments, the firm selects a small number of companies and works closely with founders as lead investor, providing hands-on support drawn from its own entrepreneurial and operating experience across the Americas, Asia and Europe. It has advised three fund generations managing over €100 million, including a fund with the European Space Agency, investing in early-stage deep technology ventures. The firm complements traditional venture capital with FunderNation, a crowdinvesting platform for companies for which conventional VC is not a fit.
