Bob Mulhern is Managing Director and Arizona Market Leader at Transwestern, where he oversees the firm's Arizona operations and coordinates with its development, investment, and hospitality affiliates. He has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, having previously served as Senior Managing Director at Colliers for sixteen years, President of Reliance Companies, and in senior roles at Ryan Companies and CBRE before joining Transwestern in 2024. His community involvement includes co-founding Great Hearts Academies Arizona, serving as a Trustee of Arizona State University, and previously chairing the Catholic Diocese of Phoenix's Finance Council.

Bruce Ford is Chief Operating Officer of Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) and a member of Transwestern's Executive Committee. He contributes to platform strategy and oversees business development, service execution, operations, and national market growth and client service initiatives. Ford is also responsible for profit and loss performance across the East and Midwest regions.

Chip Clarke serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Transwestern Real Estate Services and sits on Transwestern's Executive Committee, where he contributes to platform strategy and oversees revenue-generating activities such as new business development and client relationship expansion across geographies, service lines, and product types. He also holds responsibility for profit-and-loss performance in the Western U.S. and Texas.

Emily Nicoll is the Managing Director of Transwestern's Minneapolis office, where she oversees operations, client services, talent development, and business development. She has more than 20 years of experience, with a focus on opportunity analysis, team assembly, and strategy development and execution.

Eric Johnson is the National Director of Transwestern's National Healthcare and Life Science Advisory Group. His areas of focus include development, leasing, investment sales, and debt and equity placement for healthcare and life science assets.

Greg Munson is President of Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS), where he oversees TRS operations, market expansion, and business development. He previously served at Transwestern as Managing Principal and Market Leader in Minneapolis and Executive Managing Director of the Midwest Region. Before joining Transwestern, Munson spent 13 years at McGough Companies, ultimately as Executive Vice President overseeing its development and facility management companies, and began his career as a real estate attorney at Fredrikson & Byron P.A.

Keith Foery is Executive Managing Director and Mid-Atlantic Market Leader at Transwestern, which he joined in 1993 alongside business partner Phil McCarthy. He co-leads the firm's Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing the leadership team responsible for regional strategy, recruitment, business development, and financial performance, and serves both local and national clients.

Michael Marconi is Principal and Managing Broker at Transwestern, where he leads the Chicago Industrial Practice and holds the SIOR designation. He has more than 11 years of experience with the firm, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial assets. His recognitions include the Midwest Region Transwestern President's Award.

Perry Degulis is Executive Managing Director for Transwestern's Southern California market, where she oversees operations growth, client services, talent recruitment, and business development. She has more than 18 years of experience in areas including opportunity analysis, team assembly, and strategy development and execution. She serves on Transwestern's Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Robert Duncan is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Transwestern, a real estate organization involved in services, development, hospitality, investment management, and opportunistic ventures for high-net-worth investors. He holds BBA, MBA, and LLB degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and serves on advisory and governing boards including the University of Texas McCombs School of Business Advisory Board and the Board of Trustees for The Kinkaid School in Houston. His recognitions include induction into the Texas Business Hall of Fame in 2010 and the Cornell Real Estate Review Industry Leader Award in 2011.

Robert Knisely is Managing Director, Market Leader at Transwestern. His work spans property development, capital markets, and finance, with transaction experience in asset acquisitions, investment analysis, financing, property management, and debt and equity funding. He has additional experience in real estate brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, general contracting, contract negotiations, and marketing.
