Toscano holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and serves as a CVM-certified portfolio manager.

Ricardo Dalri is a business strategist at Sicoob with experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and strategic consulting. He has led complex transaction processes including deal origination, financial modeling, due diligence, and stakeholder negotiations, and holds CEA certification while pursuing CFG credentials. His work includes advising senior management on value drivers, conducting market analysis, monitoring portfolio company performance, and integrating artificial intelligence tools into financial analysis and competitive mapping.
