Gina Brander is Head of Human Resources at The Rohatyn Group, where she leads HR functions including strategy, compliance, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Her experience spans financial services, family office, and start-up environments, with work covering policy and culture development, performance management, HR technology, and payroll. She has managed domestic and international HR operations across markets including the UK, India, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Switzerland, New Zealand, and Australia.

Paul Holmes is Chief Compliance Officer at The Rohatyn Group, where he leads the compliance function and oversees adherence to regulatory frameworks and investment mandates. He has more than six years of experience as a Chief Compliance Officer and previously held roles as Compliance Director and Senior Compliance Manager at investment firms.

Rajeev Kalra is a Partner at The Rohatyn Group (TRG), where he leads the firm's private assets business in India and the surrounding region, covering private equity and infrastructure investments. He joined TRG following its December 2013 acquisition of Citi Venture Capital International, and previously held roles as Managing Director at AIF Capital's India office and head of HSBC Private Equity's India office in Mumbai. He has more than 31 years of experience in financial services, including over 27 years in private investment management.

Vladimir Krin is a Partner and serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer and Chief Risk Officer at The Rohatyn Group, where he is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and is based in New York. He joined the firm in April 2006 after working at Goldman Sachs from 1997 to 2006, most recently as Vice President in the Market Risk Management Group, and began his career at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Auditor. Krin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from New York University, with more than 25 years of experience in emerging and developed markets.

Focuses on identifying and supporting early-stage AgriFoodtech founders. She has over a decade of experience across impact investing, M&A consulting, and corporate credit rating, holds an MBA, and previously led investments at ProVeg Incubator.

Legal Advisor at Augment, formerly Senior Counsel in IFC's Legal Department and a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright specializing in project finance, private equity, and M&A. Holds law degrees from South African universities.
