Investment thesis
The Engine Room is Cochrane's business incubator program aimed at supporting high-potential, early-stage startups and small businesses across all industries in Cochrane, Rocky View County, and the Calgary Metropolitan Region. Over 12 months, participants receive structured workshops, one-on-one coaching and mentorship, market research and business planning resources, access to local training, networking with other area entrepreneurs, and 24/7 office space at The Station. The program's goal is to foster economic diversification in Cochrane through revenue growth and job creation. Participation costs $1,000 annually, with programming delivered in person during regular office hours.
