Brian founded one of the earliest fintech incubators in Boston and later established Ireland's first startup accelerator, now regarded among Europe's top three. His prior roles include Head of Talent Development at EY and Head of Skills Development at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, where he also earned an MBA.

Clyde focuses on global innovation and entrepreneurship, with experience across mobility, travel, tourism, bluetech, life sciences, and sustainability on five continents. He co-leads Propeller Shannon, an aviation and traveltech accelerator, founded Viva Air Labs in Colombia, and mentors for programs such as EIC Accelerator and Enterprise Ireland.

Amélie Séguret is Senior Technology Specialist at the Asian Development Bank's Korea Climate Technology Hub, where the role involves matching technologies to regional needs, and also serves as General Partner at Team ABC, a fund focused on sustainable air, land, and sea transportation and travel. Séguret has led international innovation programs including the Boeing-backed Propeller accelerator in Shannon, Ireland, and Viva Air Labs in Medellín, Colombia, and has worked as a mentor and evaluator for organizations such as the EIC Accelerator, BlueInvest, EIT Digital, and Enterprise Ireland. Earlier work included academic research at the University of Cambridge, Imperial College, and Tokyo University; Séguret holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Queen's University Belfast and an MBA from The Open University.

Venture-trained investor and due diligence advisor bridging science and markets across climate tech, biotech, and biomanufacturing; she has conducted 150+ diligence assessments and now sources deals in climate and health for Spring's investment team.
