Arshia Sarkhani co-founded Asset Entities Inc., where he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director from September 2021 and as President from March 2022, taking the company public on NASDAQ in February 2023. During his tenure, he oversaw capital raising and acquisitions, and in September 2025 completed a merger with Strive Inc. to form a Bitcoin treasury company. He currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Strive.

Avik Roy is Chief Strategy Officer and Board Observer at Strive (NASDAQ:ASST), a firm involved in bitcoin-backed digital credit, and Co-Founder and Chairman of the Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity, a non-partisan think tank. He developed a plan for universal health coverage through private insurance that was introduced in Congress as the Fair Care Act, was an Aspen Institute Health Innovators Fellow from 2022 to 2024, and served as Opinion and Policy Editor at Forbes for a decade. Roy previously worked as a health care investor and portfolio manager at Bain Capital and J.P. Morgan, and studied molecular biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine.

Jeff Walton is Head of M&A and Business Development at LIFTT, with over 15 years of experience across investment banking, corporate roles, and private equity and venture capital funds. His work has included buy- and sell-side M&A, IPOs, minority investments, joint ventures, debt financing, financial restructuring, technology sales and licensing, and capital raising, covering deal activities from origination through valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing. He holds an MSc in Economics and Finance, awarded cum laude, from Bocconi University in Milan.
