Stockbridge manages real estate equity investments across the risk spectrum using a variety of investment structures on behalf of both U.S. and foreign investors. The firm invests in all major real estate property types as well as certain specialty property types, with a particular emphasis on residential and industrial space throughout the United States. As of March 31, 2026, it managed approximately $37 billion in assets. The firm has been repeatedly recognized as one of Pensions & Investments' Best Places to Work in Money Management.
