Mark E. Chesen is a Managing Director at SSG Capital Advisors LLC. Since 1990, he has completed more than 150 financial restructuring assignments involving the sale, private placement, and restructuring of companies in turnaround situations, including businesses operating under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. His work spans industries such as manufacturing, distribution, printing, food processing, business services, telecommunications, software, and technology, and includes the renegotiation of credit and shareholder agreements as well as M&A advisory services.

Matthew P. Karlson is a founding partner and Managing Director of SSG Capital Advisors, LLC, where he manages investment banking transactions and client relationships across the firm's service offerings. He provides financial advisory services to companies facing operational or financial challenges and has completed over 100 transactions, including private placements of senior debt, subordinated debt and equity securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

John A. Geary, CFA, is an Investment Banking Associate at SSG Capital Advisors LLC. He holds a degree in Finance from Temple University's Fox School of Business, and his experience includes private debt and private equity valuations, financial statement analysis, and data analysis.
