Investment thesis
SPiCE VC focuses on the tokenization ecosystem, backing companies it describes as pioneers tokenizing the world and future leaders of a new global liquid economy. The firm positions tokenization as a disruptive force in finance on a path to becoming a multi-trillion dollar industry, and provides investors broad exposure to blockchain and tokenization growth. Notably, SPiCE is itself a fully tokenized VC fund and a digital security, holders of which are entitled to a direct share of net exits. It is launching a second fund, SPiCE II.
