Responsible for Sadel's coldstore investments and development platform, and advises on other Sadel investments and group strategy. He has 11 years of logistics experience across all levels from warehouse operative to Managing Director.

Responsible for financial modelling and investment appraisal across the Sadel Group. He began his career at Deutsche Bank and joined Sadel from the London Stock Exchange Group in 2020.

Responsible for investment appraisal and new deal origination for Sadel Group. He previously worked in Sadel's investment division Isara Capital and in corporate finance teams at KPMG and PwC.

Responsible for Sadel Group's property portfolio, covering both asset management and acquisitions. A qualified chartered surveyor, she joined Sadel in 2020 after consulting on the portfolio and previously worked at Marcol.

Directs the financial strategy and legal structuring of the group. A qualified accountant and chartered surveyor, he has worked in Luxembourg for 25 years, 20 of them in real estate.

A real estate expert working closely with the Business Development Team on future expansions, with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Responsible for Sadel's construction, engineering, and technology projects, working alongside the Magnavale team. He joined the business in 2011 and has extensive experience in temperature-controlled storage operations.

Responsible for site acquisition, development management, and maximising opportunities on existing operational sites. He holds a real estate MSc from Bayes Business School and previously worked at Related Argent on the Brent Cross Town regeneration.

Manages a centralised research and marketing team supporting the businesses within the Sadel Group. He began his career at logistics firm DFDS and was recruited by Magnavale to develop relationships within the food industry.

Manages the legal requirements of the Sadel Group. He previously spent 11 years in private practice at leading UK and US law firms.

Responsible for maintaining corporate books, records, insurance records, and legal filings for the UK companies, and manages data rooms for corporate transactions. She joined the business in 2017.
