Shawn Tan joined Rockstead Capital as Chief Investment Officer in January 2024. He previously spent eight years at UOB working with senior client advisors on investment strategies for high-net-worth private wealth clients, and earlier held client advisory roles at HSBC, Citibank, and ANZ, along with hedge fund FX trading experience. From 2019 to 2022 he served as a voting member of UOB's Personal Financial Services investment committee, and he holds an honours degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.

Nearly two decades in general insurance and financial services, having led teams at multinational organisations managing HNW and commercial portfolios. Holds a BBA in International Business and Chartered Insurance Institute credentials.
