Choo Peng Chee is CEO of Food at DFI Retail Group, a pan-Asian retailer and member of the Jardine Matheson Group, where the Food division operates more than 500 supermarket and hypermarket outlets across Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Cambodia and Indonesia under brands including Wellcome, Cold Storage, Giant, San Miu, Lucky and Hero. He has served as a director of the DFI Management Services Board since 2013, sits on the Group's Management Committee, and represents the Group on the board of Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines. In 2022, he was nominated as one of two directors representing Jardines on the board of Livi Bank, and his prior experience includes oversight of the 7-Eleven convenience business across Hong Kong, Macau, South China and Singapore.

Christine O. Tueres serves as Managing Director of the Food Segment (Big Formats) at Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc., overseeing Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace, and Shopwise. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience across retail formats, including supermarket, pharmacy, and specialty retail segments, with responsibility for multi-billion peso P&Ls.

Gabriel D. Tagala III is an economist who holds a Ph.D. from U.C. Berkeley and an M.Sc. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with additional studies at Harvard, Oxford, UCLA, the Amsterdam Institute of Finance, and the World Bank. He serves on the Industrial Advisory Board of Nazca Capital and as Non-Executive Chairman of AESC-Battery Spain, and previously was Chairman and CEO of COFIDES from 2018 to 2024, VP and Chief Economist at the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), and Dean of the School of Business and Law at Camilo José Cela University. He has taught economics, business strategy, project finance, and entrepreneurship at universities in Spain and Brazil, and has contributed to publications including El País, Cinco Días, and Expansión.

Ramón Garnica joined Nazca in 2010, having previously worked as a strategic consultant at KPMG, where he handled commercial due diligence projects for private equity funds. He holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF and has been involved in more than 20 transactions during his private equity career. Since 2018 he has worked on the firm's family-owned SME investment strategy and serves on Nazca's Responsible Investment Committee.
