Investment thesis
REVA focuses on business investment in Japan, where roughly 99.7% of companies are small and mid-sized enterprises that face succession and competitiveness challenges amid an aging population. The firm believes Japanese talent and businesses hold strong potential, and seeks to help small and mid-sized companies realize it. Its name reflects a mission to 'redefine' (RE) the 'value' (VALUE) of people and businesses to achieve further growth. Through business investment, REVA aims to resolve the polarization between large and smaller companies, and between urban and regional areas, promoting a healthier economic cycle and contributing to a sustainable society.
