Andrew McBain is VP of Sales for Ontario at Purpose Investments. He previously spent 22 years at CI Investments.

Anis Jubaili is a Business Development Manager at Purpose Investments. He holds a finance degree from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business and previously worked as an internal wholesaler at a major Canadian bank. He is working toward the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Blake Bonham is VP, Sales Eastern at Purpose Investments, covering the Ontario/Maritimes region. He previously worked at TD Wealth and focuses on building new client relationships.

Brett Morden works with investment advisors to build outcome-oriented portfolios using various investment and risk management tools. He has spent about a decade consulting to advisors across Alberta and Saskatchewan in the bank-brokerage, independent, and discretionary wealth management segments. Before joining Purpose, he was a Sr. Consultant and VP of Sales at Invesco Canada and previously held business development roles at Fidelity Investments and the Royal Bank of Canada. He holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.

Darcy Forster is Vice President and Head of Fund Operations at Purpose Investments, with over 25 years of experience leading teams supporting mutual fund companies and their operations. Prior roles include Managing Director in RBC's Custody & Fund Administration business, Senior Vice President at Citigroup, and Head of Operations at State Street's Cayman & Alternative Investments franchise. Forster is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph.

Darren Horgan joined Purpose Investments in 2022 as Business Development Manager for British Columbia, working with investment advisors on client relationships. He previously worked in wealth management at Canaccord Genuity, serving institutional and high-net-worth clients, and earlier was a Business Development Manager at a Canadian nutraceutical company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from University College Cork, Ireland.

David Pham is a finance professional and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) who graduated from the University of Toronto's Rotman Commerce program. Before joining Purpose Investments, he worked as an Internal Wholesaler at Manulife Investment Management. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Dylan Cancilla works with financial advisors across British Columbia at Purpose Investments, which he joined in July 2025. He is a graduate of the Lang School of Business at the University of Guelph and previously worked at Manulife Investment Management, where he became a Senior Wealth Sales Associate, and at Sun Life Global Investments as a Wealth Sales Representative.

Éric Bacque is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) who works in sales at Purpose Investments, covering Central and Eastern Quebec. He has more than two decades of experience working with financial advisors, drawing on portfolio management knowledge to support their client relationships.

Fraser Stark is Head of Investment Platform Products at Purpose Investments, with 20 years of experience in business roles spanning technology, wealth, and consumer behaviour. He supports organizations including The Nature Conservancy of Canada, Stanford University, and The United Way, and is pursuing the ICD.D designation while open to additional board roles.

Hugh Donaghy is a Business Development Manager at Purpose Investments. He holds an Honours degree in Business Administration from Brock University and previously worked in financial services at CI Assante Wealth Management and in private real estate at Equiton Inc. In his role he works with advisors to align investment solutions with their clients' goals.

Jason Thacker is Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Purpose Investments, where he oversees efforts across the firm's Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Lending businesses. Before joining Purpose, he held senior executive roles across North America at TD Bank Financial Group in its Wealth, Retail Banking, Commercial, and Insurance divisions, and began his career at Procter & Gamble in brand management. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an HBA from the Ivey Business School.

Jeff Logan joined Purpose Investments in 2014, where he manages strategic institutional relationships for the firm, and previously served as Head of Portfolio Management for Harness Investments. Before Purpose, he was Head of iShares Product for BlackRock in Canada and Head of National Accounts for iShares, following roles at Claymore Investments and RBC focused on investment funds. He holds a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and is a graduate of Western University.

Jeremy Lin is a Portfolio Manager at Purpose Investments with more than 10 years of experience in asset management and investment research. He holds the CFA designation and earned an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Jessica Palter is Chief Legal Officer of Purpose Unlimited, responsible for the company's legal matters, and joined Purpose in 2016. Her work covers strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and shareholder matters, and she oversees the legal and compliance group serving Purpose's client segments. Before Purpose, she practiced corporate law at Torys LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, and she holds common law and civil law degrees from McGill and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.

Joe Svorinic has over 25 years of wealth management experience, with expertise in structured products, asset management, and alternatives strategies. He previously held senior sales and management roles at Mackenzie Financial, OpenSky Capital, and TD Securities' Structured Notes, where he served as a Director and Vice President working with retail and institutional clients across south western Ontario.

Jordan Radevski works in sales at Purpose Investments, with a background in wealth management and venture capital. He previously spent nearly two years as an Inside Wholesaler at Canada Life, supporting advisors across southwestern Ontario, and before that served as Program Coordinator and Business Development Lead at Richmond West Corporation, a venture capital firm focused on healthcare, real estate, and education. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and studied at Concordia University, Nebraska on a baseball scholarship.

Kevin Black is Head of Advisor Sales at Purpose Investments, where he works with advisors to build portfolios and grow their businesses through practice management support.

Mark Campbell has over 20 years of finance experience, having worked in New York, Chicago, and the Cayman Islands. His prior roles include positions at Deloitte, UBS, Canaccord, and Mackenzie Investments, where he provided advisor solutions across asset classes including alternatives and practice management. He holds a CA and an MBA and focuses on partnering with advisors on their practice.

Markus Gould is a Business Development Manager at Purpose Investments, working with financial advisors across Vancouver and Vancouver Island. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in International Business from the University of Victoria. Prior to Purpose, he worked on the wholesale team at Canada Life.

Marlo Kravetsky serves as Head of Regulatory Affairs and Chief Privacy Officer at Purpose Unlimited and its affiliates. In this role, she builds and manages compliance programs addressing the firm's regulatory environment, with reporting teams working across business lines to operationalize compliance efforts.

Matthew Chicoine works with financial advisors across British Columbia at Purpose Investments. Before joining the firm, he spent six years at Manulife Investment Management as a Business Development Manager and Wholesaler supporting advisors in Vancouver. He holds a finance degree from Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business.

Michael Llanes is a Finance graduate of the University of Ottawa. Before joining Purpose, he spent six years working in financial services at Canadian banks and VC firms, along with a year in enterprise technology. He was captain of the University of Ottawa baseball team and takes part in community social clubs and charities.

Paloma Tonaco is a lawyer with an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She began her career in corporate law focused on capital markets, including IPOs, debt origination, and M&A, before moving into human resources, holding senior HR and business roles across the technology and financial industries. Most recently she served as Chief Human Resources Officer leading the Americas division for a global fintech company.

Peter Giglio is the Business Development Manager at Purpose Investments. Before joining the firm, he was an investment associate serving high-net-worth private clients and not-for-profit institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Peter Nash is a Business Development Manager covering the Eastern Ontario and Atlantic regions. He holds multiple degrees from the University of Toronto, where he was a varsity athlete, is completing an MSc remotely, and is pursuing the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. His background includes investor relations and capital markets across several industries, and he has served in the Canadian Armed Forces since 2011, currently as a Lieutenant in the Naval Reserves.

Ragheb Othmani is an Associate Portfolio Manager at Purpose Investments, where he works on the fixed income team managing funds including Purpose Credit Opportunities and Strategic Yield, with coverage spanning financials, structured and private credit, real estate, AI infrastructure and data-center credit, retail, and lodging. A self-taught investor, he has more than 20 years of investment experience across high yield fixed income, equities, and real estate in North American and international markets. Earlier in his career, he led an asset management division in Saudi Arabia, where he managed Lipper Award-winning funds and helped establish one of the country's first REITs, serving on its public board.

Ron Biswas is Vice President of National Accounts at Purpose Investments, where he has worked since May 2022, focusing on head office relationships and identifying strategic partnership and product placement opportunities. He has worked in the investment industry since 2000, previously serving at Sun Life Global Investments as Director of National Accounts (IIROC Channel) and Director of Product Management. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.

Sima Etezadi joined Purpose Investments as a Business Development Manager in February 2025, after holding the same role at Desjardins for over three years. She supports advisors and discretionary teams, and holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation, a management degree from HEC Montréal, and a Master of Arts from the Université libre de Bruxelles. She plans to pursue the CAIA designation to expand her knowledge of alternative strategies.

Sylvie Methot has over 20 years of experience in retail distribution of financial products in eastern Canada, working in sales roles for Blackrock-iShares, Manulife Investments, and Fidelity across Québec and the Atlantic provinces. She holds a finance degree from HEC-University of Montréal, completed an executive MBA at HEC-McGill in 1990, and earned her CIM in 2018. Her work focuses on supporting IIROC advisors with portfolio construction and navigating market volatility.

Tyler Meyrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and joined Purpose in 2017 to oversee corporate strategy, working on initiatives such as financing, investor relations, securitization, and the acquisitions of mutual fund assets from LOGIQ Asset Management and Thinking Capital. He was named Chief Financial Officer in 2024, with responsibilities spanning capital structure and financing, financial reporting, risk management, credit and underwriting, and corporate development. He previously worked in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets.

Vlad Tasevski is Chief Innovation Officer at Purpose Investments, which he joined at its founding in 2013, initially as VP and Head of Product. He previously worked as an analyst at Claymore Investments and became a Vice President at BlackRock's Toronto office following BlackRock's acquisition of Claymore. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
