Investment thesis
Prader is a family office that takes equity stakes in companies and supports entrepreneurs with capital and long-term operational experience. It invests directly across several sectors: food and restaurant ventures plus acquisition of prestigious Made-in-Italy brands in fashion, design and manufacturing; media, entertainment and digital content production companies as well as venture-capital-backed startups; clean energy and energy infrastructure, participating in the consolidation of renewables in Italy and Europe; residential and commercial real estate development; and asset-management platforms alongside institutional and private investors. Its managers take strategic and operational roles in portfolio companies and drive value creation through M&A over the medium and long term.
