He has worked with institutional investors, fund managers, intermediaries, and service providers in the US and internationally.

Colette Coffman is a Director at Pomona Capital, working in investment marketing within asset management distribution. Her work covers traditional, quantitative, alternative, and solutions-based strategies, with a focus on areas including product positioning, client communications, content generation, and strategic marketing.

Sean Pahls is a Certified Public Accountant serving as Senior Vice President of Operations, Finance and Accounting at Pomona Capital. His work focuses on alternative investment funds, and he has experience leading global teams across operations and finance functions.

Economist trained at UFJF-MG with specialization in economic engineering and MBAs in administration and energy. Spent over three decades at Energisa leading treasury, financial planning, controllership, M&A, equity and debt, structuring operations totaling roughly R$50 billion, and has significant experience in M&A, corporate restructurings, energy auctions, IPOs and company turnarounds.

Juli Marley joined the Blue Point group in Cleveland in 1997 and moved to the Charlotte office in 2001. Before that she spent over 11 years at EY as a senior manager, working in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group and providing advisory and assurance services to manufacturing companies. She holds a B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego and is a Certified Public Accountant.
