Willey joined the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation in 2022 to launch and lead its venture fund, Pathway to Cures. She has over 35 years of experience commercializing early-stage research, previously serving as founding managing director of IU Ventures' Indiana Philanthropic Venture Fund and founding chief executive of Cambridge Enterprise Ltd.

Brent has been involved in the bleeding disorders community since 2004 and serves as Venture Principal, handling contracts oversight, sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, and managing post-deal relationships. He holds an MBA from Eastern Illinois University.

Dunn is a Professor of Pediatrics at Nationwide Children's Hospital/Ohio State University, directing Pediatric Hematology and the Hemophilia Treatment Center. She is Vice-President of the World Federation of Hemophilia, USA, and chairs the NBDF's MASAC.

Harvey serves as CFO of P2C and Chief Business Officer of NBDF, overseeing finance, accounting, business development, and IT. He holds a B.A. in Biology and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Gattone is President and CEO of the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation and a P2C board member. He previously led the Epilepsy Foundation, where he oversaw significant revenue growth, and holds degrees from Bradley University and National Louis University.

Martin is a private investor and former Chair of the NBDF Board whose son has severe hemophilia. He co-founded Inspiration Biopharmaceutical and Martin Midstream Partners (NASDAQ: MMLP).

Richardson is a medical affairs strategist with 28 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, having held leadership roles at Astellas, Spark Therapeutics, Baxter/Baxalta, and Eisai. She serves as a director on the NBDF Board and holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Howard University.

Pipe is a Professor of Pediatrics and Pathology at the University of Michigan and Medical Director of the Pediatric Hemophilia and Coagulation Disorders Program. He has been active in hemophilia clinical trials including gene therapy and serves on the NBDF's advisory committee.

Fong is an independent consultant and Adjunct Associate Professor at Queen's University specializing in gene therapy. With over 25 years of R&D experience, she pioneered the first approved AAV-based gene therapy for hemophilia A at BioMarin.
