Luke Varley is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Park Square Capital, LLP, a European private debt fund, where he oversees its Legal, Compliance, Governance, and Transaction Execution teams. He previously worked in the Investment Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis in New York and London, where he co-founded the firm's Responsible Investing Working Group, and qualified as a New York attorney at Skadden Arps; he holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford, was called to the Bar of England & Wales, and was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2022. His pro bono practice included capital appeals work, and in 2017 he was part of the team in Moore v. Texas, a U.S. Supreme Court case concerning protections for the intellectually disabled in capital cases.

Matt Shelley is Group Treasurer at Park Square Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in financial risk management, spanning treasury and defined benefit pensions.

Matthew Maguire is Chief Financial Officer at Park Square Capital, LLP, where he oversees financial operations including fund finance, reporting, strategy, ESG, and risk management, and serves on the firm's Valuation, Responsibility, and Portfolio Risk Committees. Before joining Park Square in 2016, he worked at the Children's Investment Fund Foundation and began his career at PwC. Oliver Maskell is a Portfolio Analyst at Park Square Capital, where he works across portfolio monitoring, risk, and strategy. His focus areas include analyzing performance drivers and financial health at the company level, as well as evaluating portfolio exposures and risk from a macroeconomic perspective. He holds a First-Class Joint Honours degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Bath and has fourteen months of internship experience in investor relations and performance monitoring.

Sam Allen is Vice President, Tax and Structuring at Park Square Capital, with prior experience as a Tax Manager at Pantheon Ventures in its US Wealth & Asset Management team. Allen has eight years of international tax experience focused on the wealth and asset management industry, covering US and UK corporate, fund, and personal tax compliance and structuring, including withholding, direct, and indirect taxes.

Thibault Lagrange is a Principal at Park Square Capital. A graduate of ESSEC Business School after preparatory classes, he previously worked in Leveraged Finance at IKB in Paris and later at ING in Paris.

Vinh Dang is an Associate Director at Park Square Capital, a private credit manager that provides senior and subordinated/mezzanine debt to companies in Europe and the US.
