Investment thesis
Paris Business Angels is a leading French business angel network connecting experienced private investors with ambitious early-stage entrepreneurs. Members invest in and mentor startups from pre-seed and seed through acceleration (reinvestment) rounds, providing not only capital but also expertise and personal networks. The network selects and analyzes quality deals, presents 60-70 financing projects per year to members, and completes at least 10 new investments and 8 refinancings annually. Average first-round investment in 2025 was around 330K euros, with roughly 10% of startups receiving 500K euros or more. The network is sector-agnostic and emphasizes an active, collaborative community of engaged investors.
