Over five years it has developed a playbook of using deep industry knowledge to uncover high-upside opportunities, founding and listing companies such as New Found Gold and Nevada King, and retaining large stakes in new platforms like Radio Fuels (uranium/REE) and Made in America Gold (Nevada gold). It also takes minority positions and negotiates favorable private-placement financings with long-duration full warrants, mitigating junior-mining risk through diversification and discounted entry. The team reviews over 100 deals monthly, investing between $50,000 and $10 million per financing across gold, silver, copper, lithium, critical metals and uranium.
