Investment thesis
Operating since 1996, palcapital targets blue-ocean opportunities in the decentralized digital economy, applying traditional finance, growth and liquidity strategies to web3 and distributed ledger technology (DLT). The firm believes human behavior and markets follow predictable, fractal-like patterns, and that early adopters in alternative asset classes such as DLT gain a first-mover advantage. It anticipates future businesses transacting via protocols rather than intermediaries, creating arbitrage investment opportunities. palcapital also provides advisory services spanning tokenization strategies, fundraising, business scaling, product creation and redesign, and mergers and acquisitions.
