Grant Wilbeck is a founding partner of Paceline, where he serves as Head of Investments and sits on the Investment Committee. He previously held senior roles at Lone Star, leading corporate debt and equity investing for North America, and worked at its affiliate Hudson Advisors in origination, underwriting, and asset management, following earlier work as a research analyst at APS Financial. He holds a BBA in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business.

Kyle Volluz is a founding partner of Paceline, where he serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He previously was a Managing Director at Hudson Advisors, an asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds, handling legal matters for North American operating companies and corporate debt investments, and earlier held roles at Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group and law firms Baker Botts and Thompson & Knight. He holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, a JD from SMU's Dedman School of Law, and an LLM from the University of London.

Leigh Sansone is a Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Paceline and a member of its Investment Committee. She previously served as Chief Investment Officer at Hudson Advisors, the asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds, where she worked for two decades in roles including Senior Managing Director, building the New York team and overseeing sourcing, underwriting, and asset management of a large residential mortgage portfolio. She graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and is a CFA charterholder.

Sam Loughlin is a founding partner of Paceline, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer and sits on the Investment Committee. Before Paceline, he was President of the North American region of Lone Star Funds and previously held roles at Hudson Advisors, CCG Venture Partners, and the law firm Vinson & Elkins, where he practiced technology law and venture capital finance. He holds a J.D. from the University of Texas and a B.A. from Baylor University.

Jonathan Rosen joined Paceline in February 2019 and oversees the firm's private equity investing strategy, working across sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and post-closing growth and add-on acquisitions. He previously held Vice President roles at H.I.G. Capital and at Hudson Advisors, L.P. (an asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds, 2014–2018), and earlier was an Associate at TriArtisan Capital Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance (Cum Laude) with a minor in Accounting from The University of Miami.

Ben Shank joined Paceline in August 2021, where he handles underwriting and asset management for investments in the firm's real estate strategy. He previously worked as a Senior Analyst at Starwood Property Trust, a publicly traded commercial REIT, including time in its distressed loan workout group and its Analyst Rotation Program across acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets, and earlier spent a year at a consumer packaged goods startup in business development and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from Wabash College.

Chris Tanner joined Paceline in April 2025, where he handles asset management and value creation planning for the firm's corporate investments. He previously worked as a Principal at Leon Capital and spent over five years as a Vice President at Kelso & Company, supporting portfolio investments across areas such as go-to-market, pricing, digital marketing, post-merger integration, and cost reduction. Earlier in his career he worked at Breakout Capital, a Chicago-based venture capital firm, and began as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman; he holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School and a bachelor's degree in business management from Brigham Young University.

Derrick Robicheaux joined Paceline in April 2026, working on private equity asset management and underwriting. He previously spent twelve years at Lone Star Funds and its affiliate Hudson Advisors in senior roles across underwriting, asset management, fund operations, and finance, most recently including work on AI strategy and implementation. Earlier in his career he worked in investment banking at Citi and Merrill Lynch and as a management consultant at BCG, and he holds an undergraduate degree from Morehouse College and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Esam Saidmuratov joined Paceline in October 2023, where he works on origination, structuring, and capital markets across the firm's private equity and corporate credit strategies. He was previously a Director at Centre Lane Partners and a Principal at Flat Rock Global, and earlier held roles at Wells Fargo and in GE Capital's Investment Analyst Leadership Program. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.

James Hritz joined Paceline in February 2021 and heads the firm's real estate investment activities. He previously worked at Mandrake Capital Partners on a single-family build-for-rent development platform, served as Senior Vice President at Lone Star Funds originating commercial real estate investments in North America, and held Director roles at Gramercy Capital Corp. and ORIX Capital Markets focused on construction and transitional CRE loans. He earlier held positions at Hudson Advisors, Archon Group, and Fairfield Development, and holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University.

Kevin Barner joined Paceline in May 2023, working on private equity investing. He previously was a Managing Director at Lone Star, where he handled acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions, and before that held Vice President and Associate roles at The Halifax Group and an analyst role at BB&T Capital Markets (now Truist) focused on M&A in building products and industrial businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a finance concentration from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.

Pete LaNasa joined Paceline in May 2023, where he works on underwriting and asset management across the firm's private equity and corporate credit strategies. He was previously an Associate at Intrepid Financial Partners, an energy-focused merchant bank, and earlier an Analyst at Piper Sandler covering M&A advisory and financing transactions. He holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, along with a BBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the same institution.

Peter Guffey joined Paceline in April 2022, where he handles underwriting and asset management for the firm's private equity and corporate credit strategies. He previously served as a Vice President at Dundon Capital Partners, including a stint as CFO of one of the firm's operating businesses, and as a Vice President at Siguler Guff & Company. Earlier in his career he worked at Garrison Investment Group on middle market private equity and credit, and started at Citigroup as an analyst in its energy group. He holds a BBA in Finance with an Accounting minor from the University of Texas at Austin.

William Srinivasan joined Paceline in February 2022 and oversees the firm's commercial real estate portfolio. He previously spent over eight years at Lantern Asset Management, where he led the investment team and its real estate portfolio, and was a founding partner and investment committee member of affiliate Lantern Capital Partners. Earlier roles included Vice President at Spear Street Capital, and positions at Goldman Sachs' Merchant Banking Division and PricewaterhouseCoopers; he holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Alison Ridge is a Director at Paceline Equity Partners with over 12 years of experience in FP&A and fund management. Her background includes financial analysis, forecasting, process improvements, and project management, as well as managing teams, more than $20 billion in assets under management, and P&Ls with over $265 million in revenue. Her areas of expertise include fund management, financial operations, and FP&A, along with tools such as SAP, Coupa, Concur, and Hyperion.

Allison Murphy joined Paceline in December 2025 as Vice President of Investor Relations, where she supports investor communications, client relations, and fundraising. Before Paceline, she managed the sale of her family's construction business, handling the transaction and financial operations, and earlier spent 2019 to 2024 as a Vice President in Morgan Stanley's Consumer & Retail Investment Banking practice advising on M&A and capital markets transactions. She earned an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and holds bachelor's degrees in Finance and Economics from Southern Methodist University.

Aseem Arab joined Paceline in May 2024, where he works on underwriting and asset management for the firm's private equity and corporate credit strategies. He was previously an Associate in the Private Credit group at AllianceBernstein, underwriting unitranche and senior debt investments, and earlier held roles as an Analyst in H.I.G. WhiteHorse's CLO group and as a Consultant in FTI Consulting's Restructuring practice. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Ben Anderson joined Paceline in June 2024, where he oversees portfolio reporting and analysis evaluating the impact of capital and asset management strategies across the portfolio. He previously worked as a Manager in the Platform Finance group at TPG, supporting its Impact Platform and funds including Rise III, and earlier participated in the Finance Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from Brigham Young University – Idaho and an MBA with a Strategy concentration from Southern Methodist University.

Davis Ellies joined Paceline in September 2024, where he handles underwriting and asset management for the firm's private equity and corporate credit strategies. He was previously an associate in the private equity group at Comvest Partners, covering consumer, business services, and healthcare, and earlier worked as an analyst at Stephens Inc. on M&A and restructuring advisory. He holds a BBA in Finance with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.

Evan Stoll joined Paceline in May 2022 and works on underwriting and asset management for investments in the firm's real estate strategy. He was previously a Senior Analyst at J.P. Morgan on the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Investment Banking Credit team, handling underwriting, structuring, and asset management for leveraged corporate clients and commercial real estate sponsors. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Missouri.

Garrett Wilcox joined Paceline in May 2023, where he supports the management company's financial operations. He previously served as an Assistant Controller in the Ownership group at Highgate Hotels, overseeing accounting and financial reporting for joint ventures and investments across North America and Europe, and earlier worked as an Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and an Assurance Associate at GBQ Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ohio Dominican University and is a licensed CPA.

George Jing joined Paceline in September 2023, working on underwriting and asset management for the firm's private equity and corporate credit strategies. He previously worked as an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, advising on restructuring and M&A in the Power sector, and before that as an Analyst at Jefferies focused on M&A in the Oil & Gas industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating Cum Laude.

Halley Mitchell joined Paceline in March 2026, where she supports underwriting, operational diligence, and value creation across the firm's private equity and corporate credit strategies. She previously worked as an Associate at Kearney in the Mobility, Defense, and Advanced Industrials practice, focusing on operational and manufacturing transformations, cost-reduction efforts, supplier negotiations, and post-merger value creation across retail, industrial, defense, technology, and automotive sectors. She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Joel Reyes joined Paceline in September 2023, where he oversees the financial operations of the firm's funds and investments. He previously worked as a Senior Associate in TPG's Fund Accounting Services group, was a Manager specializing in real estate funds at Standish Management, and started his career in PwC's International Tax – Financial Services group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an accounting concentration and an economics minor from Portland State University.

Julia Zhang joined Paceline in December 2025, where she oversees portfolio reporting and analysis, evaluating the impact of capital and asset management strategies across the portfolio. She previously worked as an assistant portfolio manager at Nuveen on its Industrial Real Estate Fund, and held investment advisory and asset management roles at Solid Rock Group and Horwath HTL focused on hotels. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Real Estate from Cornell University and is a CFA charterholder.

Parth Mirani joined Paceline as a Vice President in October 2025. He previously worked as a Vice President at BDT & MSD Partners in Chicago, where he executed majority and minority investments and advisory engagements across the consumer, aerospace & defense, healthcare, and technology services sectors. Earlier in his career he worked in private equity at Bregal Investments and Trive Capital, and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Ramon Ortiz III joined Paceline in May 2023, where he works on underwriting and asset management across the firm's private equity and corporate credit strategies. He was previously an Associate at Piney Lake Capital Management, handling origination, underwriting, and asset management of credit and equity investments, and earlier an Analyst in Alvarez & Marsal's restructuring group and a credit analyst at Credit Suisse. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Security Analysis and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ryan Meador joined Paceline in April 2022, where he supports the fund's tax and finance operations. He was previously a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, handling tax compliance for real estate and private equity investment companies and assisting on structuring and due diligence for acquisitions. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business.

Sterling Donnelly joined Paceline in August 2022 as Head of Investor Relations, overseeing capital formation, client service, and product development. She previously worked as a Managing Director at Axonic Capital and spent a decade as a Director at Hudson Advisors, L.P., an asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds, on the trading team covering residential whole loans and mortgage-backed securities. She began her career at Bear, Stearns & Co. and later J.P. Morgan, and holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.

Trey Scardino is a Senior Associate at Paceline Equity Partners, where he works in real estate private equity. His background is in real estate investment management, with skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Argus Modeling, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

Willie Houston III is the Chief Financial Officer at Paceline, which he joined in January 2025. He previously served as Partner and COO/CFO at Satori Capital and as Senior Director of Financial Operations at TPG, and earlier worked at Ernst & Young, BNSF Railway, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and AT&T. He holds an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and a BBA in Accounting from Jackson State University, and is a CPA and Certified Internal Auditor.

Julia Ashford is Head of Performance Analytics at Europa. She qualified as an accountant in 2005 and moved into real estate fund accounting and performance analytics at Rockspring Property Investment Management, with expertise in performance metrics and KPIs across assets, portfolios, and funds. She chairs the Performance Measurement Committee of INREV, an organization she has been involved with since 2018 through committee work and training.
