Marc Yi co-founded OnePrime Capital. He previously served as a vice president at Intel Corporation and a managing director of Intel Capital, where he invested in software, media, and computing companies, sat on the investment committee, and oversaw a $500 million portfolio spanning more than 20 countries. Earlier, he was an associate at the International Finance Corporation, part of the World Bank Group, making private equity investments in infrastructure and telecommunications in emerging markets. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and also studied at the ICADE School of Business in Madrid.

John Button is a Principal at OnePrime Capital, which he joined in November 2022, where he works across sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management. He previously worked at Qatalyst Partners in San Francisco on technology M&A transactions and held corporate strategy and development roles at Rogers Communications. He holds a B.Com. in Finance & Economics from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Ankang Ni joined OnePrime Capital in 2023, where he concentrates on enterprise and infrastructure software. He previously served as a director and investment committee member at Alpha Square Group, leading growth equity deals in software companies, and earlier held roles at GCC Capital and the hedge fund Deerwood Capital, after beginning his career at PwC and Property Tax Advisors in Los Angeles. He holds an MBA from the Tsinghua SEM–MIT Sloan global program and a B.A. in Psychology and Mathematical Finance from the University of Southern California.

Connie Paiement is CFO, CLO and CCO at OnePrime Capital, which she joined in 2018. She previously held CFO and CLO roles at venture firms First Green Partners and BlueStream Ventures, and earlier was a partner at the Gray Plant Mooty law firm and a personal financial services tax manager at Coopers and Lybrand. She co-founded Paiement Law Office, LLC, holds a BA in Accounting from St. Thomas University and a JD from the University of Minnesota, and is an attorney and inactive CPA.

Ethan Davila joined OnePrime Capital as an Analyst in 2025, working across sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio support. He was previously on the investment team at Hall Capital Partners, a multi-family office, and interned at Spectrum Equity supporting enterprise software investing. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Issa Hawatmeh is an attorney at OnePrime Capital, working across the investment and operations teams on deal sourcing, diligence, and legal and compliance matters including regulatory diligence and deal negotiation. He previously practiced as an emerging growth and venture capital corporate attorney at Perkins Coie LLP, and earlier worked at Ironclad and the fintech company Upgrade. He holds a J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco and a B.S. in bioengineering from the University of California, Riverside.

Kim Bowe joined OnePrime Capital in 2025, with more than ten years of experience in finance and accounting across corporate and nonprofit sectors. She previously served as Finance Director at a regional membership association, handling multi-entity financial reporting, audits, ERP transitions, and internal controls. At OnePrime, she supports fund accounting and compliance operations.

Pam Milliren joined OnePrime Capital in 2019 and has over 20 years of fund operations and administrative experience across venture capital and private equity. She previously served as director of administration at Tonka Bay Equity Partners, a trading operation specialist at Craig-Hallum Capital Partners, and a controller at BlueStream Ventures, and earlier worked in administration in the corporate finance group at Dain Rauscher Wessels. She holds a B.A. in Finance from St. Thomas University.

Spencer Bernstein joined OnePrime Capital in 2025, where he leads business development and supports the firm's investment initiatives, focusing on partnerships across the venture capital ecosystem including late-stage technology companies and VC firms. He previously worked at Scenic Advisement on business development and sourcing secondary transactions, and began his career at World 50. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Georgia.

Joined Resonance after graduating from HEC Paris, having discovered venture capital during a gap year across Asia and Africa. Previously interned in investment banking at Lazard and Rothschild and in venture capital at Convivialité Ventures.

John Hooie is an investor at Tusk Venture Partners, working on sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support. He previously spent three years on the investment team at Forté Ventures, an early-stage firm that co-invests with corporate strategic investors, and before that worked at Accenture Strategy on projects spanning growth strategy, supply chain, operations, organizational design, and analytics. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Analytics from Georgia Tech, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
