Ted Coons is President and Co-Founder of OceanSound Partners, a New York-based private equity firm. The firm pursues control investments in technology and technology-enabled services companies that serve aerospace, defense, government, and highly regulated end markets.

Ariel Garcia is an Operating Partner at Stride Consumer Partners. Garcia has led and advised businesses across DTC, wholesale, etail, and omni-channel, with experience spanning marketing, operations, and finance. Areas of focus include brand and performance marketing, ecommerce platform design, customer experience, supply chain, fulfillment, and P&L management.

Amanda Henkle is an Executive Assistant at OceanSound Partners. Her work involves organization, project management, and handling confidential information, and she has knowledge of cybersecurity policies and procedures related to safeguarding proprietary business information.

Brandon Doherty is an Assistant Controller at OceanSound Partners, where he oversees the management company's books. He previously served as Director of Operations at Claughton Capital LLC, as a VP on the Management Company Accounting team at Cerberus Capital Management in New York City, and as an Investment Accounting Analyst at BlackRock in Wilmington, DE. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of Delaware and holds a degree from the University of Delaware's Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics, with majors in Accounting and Finance and minors in Management Information Systems and Philosophy.

Cody Bohonnon is Operating Partner and Head of Enterprise Technology at OceanSound Partners. He has over a decade of technology experience, focused on enterprise systems, data, AI, and digital transformation for private equity–backed businesses. His work has involved engagement with investment teams, management teams, boards of directors, and limited partners.

Estanislao Sadowski heads the Data and Analytics team within the Portfolio Ownership Group at OceanSound Partners, where he focuses on portfolio operations, process automation, revenue operations, and executive reporting across portfolio companies. He previously worked in investment banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co., covering deal execution across Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and M&A. He holds an MBA and a specialization in Business AI from ENEB, and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Josh Lange is Head of Enterprise Technology and an Operating Partner at OceanSound Partners. He has over a decade of technology experience covering enterprise systems, data, AI, and digital transformation for private equity–backed businesses, and has worked with investment teams, management teams, boards of directors, and limited partners.

Juan Pablo Skobalski is Head Data Engineer at OceanSound Partners, where he works with Python, AWS, Snowflake, and Tableau to build data solutions supporting the firm's investment strategies and operations. He has over four years of experience in data engineering and business analysis, including work with financial institutions such as J.P. Morgan. He holds a master's degree in information technology and a licentiate degree in business administration and management.

Mason Parker is a Private Equity Senior Associate at OceanSound Partners. He previously worked as a Growth Equity Investor at Battery Ventures and served as Associate Director of Growth Operations at Saturn Technologies, where he was the third employee. Parker holds a B.A. in Science, Technology & Society from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tyler Yake is Vice President and Operating Partner at OceanSound Partners, where he leads the Office of the CFO practice and works with portfolio company finance teams on operations and value creation. He previously advised Fortune 500 and private equity clients at Alvarez & Marsal (CFO Services) and Boston Consulting Group, and began his career in public accounting at EY. Yake holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and is an inactive licensed CPA.
