His work covers disaster recovery and business continuity planning, HIPAA compliance and training, and the configuration of VoIP/IP-PBX and Interactive Voice Response systems. He has managed projects including the Texas HHSC Medicaid Program, the Texas Department of Insurance and Prometric licensure programs, and test monitoring and security initiatives for Texas school districts and Educational Testing Services (ETS).
