Investment thesis
NTI Fund is a Russian government-founded body (established by the Russian Federation via the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the ANO 'NTI Platform') acting as the project office of the National Technology Initiative. It disburses federal budget subsidies to support NTI projects, funds NTI centers and infrastructure, and organizes technology competitions that recruit engineering and developer teams to solve critical challenges and overcome technological barriers. It also provides direct grants to universities and scientific organizations for research and training specialists in cross-cutting ('end-to-end') technologies.
