Investment thesis
NOIC is a regional non-profit innovation centre supporting entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and early-stage businesses across Northwestern Ontario. It delivers hands-on advisory support, professional development workshops, meeting space (The Landing), broadband assistance, and a portfolio of programs spanning food processing (FEAST, SNAPP), forestry-based ventures (The Boreal Springboard), youth employment in tech, AI adoption, and late-stage product development and market access (Next Level). Funding is available through cost-share grants for eligible businesses. The organization aims to accelerate the growth and commercialization of innovative regional businesses while driving economic development and diversity in Northern Ontario.
