Investment thesis
Nodem Capital specialises in NAV (net asset value) loans — portfolio-backed credit facilities that provide liquidity to long-term private market investors. It serves sophisticated private asset holders including GPs, LPs, evergreen vehicles, trust companies, family offices, hedge funds and holding companies. Facilities range from $15 million to over $100 million, featuring variable loan-to-value ratios and flexible payment-in-kind (PIK) interest structures. Loans can be secured against a wide range of assets, including venture capital and private equity positions, private credit and hedge fund stakes, real assets and real estate, operating businesses and controlling stakes, and alternative investments such as fine art and digital assets.
