Nicaragua Diseña operates the Programa Emprendedor Creativo (PEC), a free formative program aimed at creative-economy ventures with at least one year of verifiable operation, in sectors such as fashion, visual arts, jewelry, cosmetics, communications, architecture, and other creative products and services. Developed with academic partner UNAN-Managua, the program combines specialized mentorship, practical training, and technical support to help entrepreneurs build and strengthen their business plans through innovation, marketing, finance, and communication tools. At the close of each edition, a specialized committee evaluates the projects, and the three most outstanding receive revolving seed capital to help implement their proposals.
