Hernan Haro is Founder and General Partner at MrPink VC, an early-stage venture capital firm that has backed over 25 startups across Latin America since 2021. Through MrPink, he operates several ecosystem initiatives including PinkLetters, PinkTalks, Caminata MVP, and Reflexiones, a small-group program for founders. He also created Acting Chairman — Mano a Mano, a one-on-one advisory service for founders at critical stages that combines the Socratic method with secular meditation practices.

Juan Pablo Luchetti is a venture builder and product strategist with 15 years of experience helping early-stage companies develop strategy, product, and business models. He has worked across Latin America and Europe with clients including Cookpad, Maersk Line, ESPN, and Sony, and was previously Strategy and Board Director at Mubaloo, a digital product agency acquired by IPG Mediabrands in 2016. Luchetti is co-founder of Who's Fabio? and was formerly co-founder of IPH, an app development agency in Argentina.

Nicolás Pimentel is founder of Becoming Mode, an agency established in 2019, and venture partner at MrPink VC. With over 25 years of experience in advertising and innovation across global and regional brands, he has worked with clients including Nike, Google, PepsiCo, Mondelēz International, and Mercado Pago, and previously co-founded +Castro, an innovation consultancy. He is also the author of "El método Taylor Swift" and serves as a board member at Vistage Argentina and advisory board member at Blue Star Group.

Santiago Pehar is Chief Product Officer and co-founder of Loog Guitars, LLC, and an Endeavor Entrepreneur. He has experience in the digital industry with expertise in growth marketing, business development, digital marketing, and startup operations.

Jeep Kline is a venture capital executive and UC Berkeley faculty member with over 20 years of experience in high-tech and impact investing. She has founded four venture capital funds across early-stage and growth segments and serves as a board director at high-growth companies in the US and Asia, while also advising accelerators and university innovation programs. Her background includes economics work at the World Bank, co-founding a Latin American-focused venture fund, and roles at technology companies including Intel.
