Stefanie Fan blends a Beijing-born, USC-educated China–U.S. perspective with operator experience leading GuavaPass’s China business through growth and acquisition, sourcing early-stage technology opportunities in mainland China.

Wayne Chu brings a public-markets lens from over a decade trading at Goldman, Nomura, BNP Paribas and CLSA and plays a hands-on role overseeing deployment, marketing, administration and sourcing/portfolio teams.

Margaret Lai holds a Finance degree from Monash University and handles startup sourcing across APAC and post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies at MindWorks. She previously worked as a Fund Analyst at Northern Light Venture Capital and earlier at Hang Seng Bank.

Shawn Wang holds a master's degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and previously worked as an Investment Analyst covering technology at Hanfor Capital, a Chinese growth equity firm, before joining MindWorks.

Theo Lim is Head of Finance and Operations at Synopsis, a data warehouse company. His prior experience spans venture capital, management consulting, product management, and construction management.

Amber Fung manages finance operations for Mindworks and its Family Office, with responsibilities including property investment, leasing, budget control, forecasting, and business performance tracking. She has over 10 years of working experience across commercial organizations, including listed companies and multinational corporations.

Davis Cheng joined MindWorks Capital in 2024 as an Analyst working on deal sourcing and portfolio management. He holds a law degree from University College London and was previously a member of the Hong Kong World Schools Debate Team. He applies a background in law and finance to identifying investment opportunities in the technology sector.

Eric Tse joined MindWorks Capital in 2025 as a Fund Accountant, working on fund operations for the firm's venture capital funds, including portfolio reporting, reconciliation, fund administration, and valuations. He has more than 10 years of fund accounting experience from fund administration companies and custodian banks.

Goldie Chan provides clerical and administrative support at MindWorks. She has previously held roles in administration, graphic design, and marketing. She holds a BA (Hons) in Art & Design in Education from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Barry Wang holds a master's degree in International Finance from HEC Paris. Prior to Mindworks, he worked as an analyst covering fintech at Gaojie Capital, the financial advisory arm of Ant Group.

Sid Xu holds a Master's degree with Distinction in Finance from the University of Birmingham and sources and screens investment opportunities across sectors in China for MindWorks. He previously worked as a financial advisor consultant at EtherCap and covered the healthcare sector at Accenture.

Wong Hong oversees finance, compliance, and operations across Mindworks' VC funds. She previously spent 15 years at Asia Pacific Capital Group handling accounting, administration, valuations, reporting, audits, and compliance for PE funds. She is a CFA and CPA with an MSc in Finance and a BCom from Concordia University in Canada.
