Billy Daly is Group Chief Investment Officer at MBS Global Investments, a Dubai-based private multi-family office, where his focus areas include private investment banking, multi-asset portfolio strategies, global venture investments, and joint venture development. He previously served as Chief Officer of Dubai Properties Group and as Founder and Group CEO of Ejadah Asset Management, both part of Dubai Holding, where he established Dubai Asset Management, Idama Asset Management, and Taziz Property Management. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Asset Management for Goldman Sachs International's European property portfolio, and he holds interests in start-ups including Slicit, which works in real-world asset tokenisation.

Franck Lopez is Group CEO at MBS Global Investments. He has over 20 years of experience across multiple industries, with a focus on business growth, strategic planning, and partnership development. His areas of work include revenue and market share growth, team building, negotiation, corporate governance, and project management.

Founder and General Partner of A2D Ventures who built a cross-border community of angel investors, fund managers and family offices, and also drives the Venture Spark accelerator and VentureGrid mentorship platform. He is a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company and previously worked at Shopee, McKinsey, UTAC and SanDisk.

Abu Thahir is a Project Quality Engineer at MRC Global, working in the oil and energy industry with experience in procurement, pipelines, and supplier qualification. His certifications include CSWIP 3.1, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and NDT Level II, and his work covers ASME and API compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from NMAMIT.

Ajmal Sharafuddin is Executive Director at MBS Global Investments, working in areas including wealth management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and family business advisory. His experience covers startup formation in the Middle East, government BOT projects, and M&A transactions, along with mentoring entrepreneurs and speaking at business events and universities across the GCC and other countries.

Marwan Alhajeri is Chairman of MBS Global Holdings, which operates within the Office of Sheikh Nayef Bin Eid Al Thani. In this role, he leads board meetings, sets strategic agendas, contributes to investment decisions, and advises the group CEO on matters including risk management, governance, capital, financial reporting, and M&A activity.

Peter Wielgosz is General Counsel at MBS Global Investments, where he advises boards, principals and management on capital deployment, governance, regulatory strategy, cross-border investments and disputes, and is involved in the Maldives International Financial Centre initiative. He previously served as General Counsel at Libre Capital, a blockchain-based investment platform, and as a Partner at Rimon Law, where he established the firm's DIFC office; earlier roles include founding Safeharbour Advisory, acting as General Counsel to a Saudi royal family private office, and practising capital markets and structured finance at Clifford Chance in London and Dubai. Based in Dubai and admitted in Australia, he works across the GCC, UK/Europe, offshore jurisdictions and emerging markets.

Zafar Ali is an Economic Advisor and Head of the Development Policy Research Hub at UNDP, specializing in macroeconomics and private sector development. He has more than 20 years of experience in lending, analytical, and investment operations across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, with expertise spanning fiscal and monetary policy, public finance, trade, and public-private partnerships. He is the author of "Emerging Markets in a World of Chaos" and "The CFA Franc Zone: Economic Development and the Post-Covid Recovery" (2021), and is fluent in English, French, Italian, Urdu, and Hindi.

Specialist on the Venture Capital Investment Funds team at Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi since 2024, responsible for evaluating startups and portfolio management. He began his career in the energy sector at Sunel Group and Schneider Electric and later worked at Faradai.
