Dr. Arvenita W. Cherry is vice president of Global Impact and Belonging at Maximus and president and chairperson of the Maximus Foundation, having joined the company in September 2020. A sociocultural and educational anthropologist, she has worked on social impact across nonprofit, for-profit, museum, philanthropic, and educational settings for over 20 years and serves as public anthropologist in residence at American University. She holds a PhD and MA in anthropology from American University, a graduate certificate in nonprofit studies from Johns Hopkins University, and degrees in biology and teaching from Hampton University.

Anne Altman is the co-founder and CEO of Everyone Matters, Inc., a social impact enterprise established in 2017 that focuses on citizen-based services, healthcare access, and education. She previously spent 35 years at IBM, where she served as general manager of IBM Federal and Government Industries and led the company's global public sector business spanning government, healthcare, life sciences, and education. Altman currently serves on the Board of Visitors at George Mason University and holds positions on multiple public, private, and nonprofit boards.

David Mutryn is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Maximus, where he leads financial strategy and oversees areas including finance, accounting, information security, procurement, investor relations, and real estate and facilities. He joined Maximus in 2016 as Corporate Controller and became CFO in 2021. He previously held financial leadership roles at CSRA, Inc. and SRA International, Inc., and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Derrick Pledger is Chief Digital and Information Officer at Maximus, where he leads digital and AI-enabled transformation across the enterprise and oversees digital modernization for government agency customers. Before joining Maximus in 2024, he was CIO at Leidos, managing global IT operations for that enterprise. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech, and is a U.S. Army veteran.

Dr. Paul Williams oversees Maximus business operations outside the United States, covering health program administration, independent assessments, and workforce and disability services. Since joining the company in 2015, he served as Chief Medical Officer and Program Director of the Health Assessment Advisory Service, leading more than 1,800 clinicians, and later as UK Division President. A Leeds Medical School graduate who retrained in occupational medicine in 2001, he has held senior clinical roles in the NHS, law enforcement, and large corporations, and is a former President of the Society of Occupational Medicine and a Fellow of the RCP and FOM.

Elizabeth Moellering is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Maximus, leading the Office of General Counsel and serving on the executive team, where she advises the CEO, Board, and senior leadership on governance, risk, and regulatory matters. She joined Maximus in 2024 as Senior Vice President and Head of Litigation before becoming General Counsel in 2026. Earlier in her career she was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of New York, held a senior in-house counsel role at a Fortune 5 healthcare company, and worked as a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps. She holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Case Western Reserve University.

Ilene Baylinson has over 35 years of experience in program administration and management within health and human services. She joined Maximus in 1991 and currently oversees the company's U.S. Services Segment operations, handling operational and financial activities as well as new business development for its state and local government services portfolio. She previously led several operating units, including the Federal Services Division and the Office of Government Relations, and earlier was a senior vice president at Koba Associates, Inc. in Washington, D.C. She holds a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Jericho Seguin is Chief Corporate Development Officer at Maximus, where he leads strategic initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, venture investments, and internal R&D across the company's business segments, including strategic investments in artificial intelligence and automation. Before Maximus, he worked as an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank and as a consultant at Wipro Technologies and American Management Systems. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Lou Shields is General Manager of the Federal Services Segment at Maximus, overseeing operations for the company's Federal segment programs since joining in 2013. He has served as executive lead on several of the firm's largest contracts since 2019 and led the transition of more than 12,000 employees to remote work in March 2020. He began his career as a computer programmer and has over 35 years of operational and government contracting experience.

Michelle Link leads the global Human Resources organization at Maximus, overseeing areas including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Solutions, Organizational Development, HR Information Systems, Total Rewards, and Change Management. She has more than 25 years of HR experience across healthcare, call center, and government contract organizations, and previously served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at ADS, Inc. before joining Maximus in 2020. She earned a B.A. in Communications from Stonehill College and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Ohio University.

Mike Keefe is Chief Growth Officer, Federal Services at Maximus, where he leads growth and business development strategy across Civilian, Health, and Defense markets since joining in September 2025. He previously held senior growth leadership roles at Accenture Federal, Cognosante, and Booz Allen Hamilton, with a background in federal business development, IT, and strategy consulting. He holds a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech.

Senior Accountant managing general ledger, chart of accounts, and journal entries, and assisting with annual budgets and board materials. Previously served as a senior audit associate in public accounting serving insurance and nonprofit clients.

Chief Financial Officer managing financial operations and oversight of finance, treasury, tax, accounting and risk management functions. Has more than three decades of corporate finance and accounting experience from Fortune 500 companies and public accounting.

Senior Associate supporting the asset management and investment team with analyses on acquisitions, joint ventures, development projects, and dispositions. Previously worked at CWCapital and held roles in hotel and real estate finance at major institutional firms.
