Investment thesis

The fund seeks to put otherwise dormant Bitcoin holdings to work by allocating to leading market-neutral, quantitative hedge funds and trading pods that capture inefficiencies across global crypto markets. Targeting 8-12% APY on Bitcoin with no monthly drawdowns, it emphasizes conservative portfolio construction, diversification across strategies and counterparties, and rigorous risk management. CMCC Global's in-house risk systems run continuously and use on-chain data to detect exchange bank runs. The fund draws on a proprietary database of over 700 investable strategies built during CMCC Global's four years managing fund-of-funds mandates, plus due diligence practices from its joint venture with Syz Capital.
