Sander van Woerden has worked as an investor since 2007, beginning his career at NIBC Capital Partners before spending ten years at investment firm Foreman Capital, the last five as partner, and then co-founding Lexar in 2022. His investment experience spans various end markets and the full deal cycle from acquisition through growth to exit, and he has also served as an interim director. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science & Economics and a master's degree in Financial Law.

James Looman joined Lexar in 2023 and has more than 14 years of experience in private equity. In the nine years before Lexar, he worked in the business services sector with a focus on data and IT, holding roles at Holland Capital, AAC Capital, and Gate Invest, where he was responsible for leading and growing the team and portfolio. He holds a master's degree in Finance & Investments.

Ruben Fuentes joined Lexar Partners in 2023 after more than six years in technology mergers and acquisitions. He began his career at Drake Star Partners and later moved to KPMG, advising entrepreneurs, corporates, and private equity firms on buy- and sell-side transactions in the technology sector. He holds a master's degree in Finance.

Quirijn de Jonge began his career in mergers and acquisitions, advising on both buy- and sell-side transactions, and later worked as a business controller at industrial service provider ERIKS, where he was part of the management team and involved in optimizations and strategic and financial advisory. Before joining Lexar in 2022, he was an investor at Craft Capital. He holds an executive master's in Finance & Control and a master's in Financial Economics.

Bianca Lucassen joined Lexar in 2026 as Office Manager. Before that she held commercial and service-oriented roles at companies including NIKKIE / N-Brands and The Harbour Club, where she handled sales, client contact, event organization, and scheduling. She completed a Hotel Management program at TIO College Amsterdam.

Before joining Lexar Partners, Daan Frerichs spent four years as a Technology Consultant at EY, focusing on automation, platform development, and AI, and helped establish EY's AI Lab where he handled its technical setup and built various AI agents. At Lexar Partners he works within the Value Creation Team as AI Expert, responsible for developing and implementing AI across the firm and its portfolio companies. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science.

Jens Sauer joined Lexar in 2024 after more than five years in technology and strategy consulting. Early in his career he founded a company developing Data and AI solutions for SMEs, and later worked at McKinsey Digital advising international organizations on digital transformations and IT restructuring. He holds a master's degree in Econometrics.

Jeroen Mulder joined Lexar as an intern in 2025. He previously interned at Torqx Capital Partners and worked in strategy consulting at De Kleine Consultant, where he served as a consultant and board member. He holds a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and is pursuing a master's in Systems & Control, having developed an interest in private equity during a Finance minor at Delft University of Technology.

Léon Hartkoorn has been Value Creation Manager at Lexar Partners since 2026, where he works with portfolio companies on value creation from initiative identification through to results, focusing on commercial growth, operational improvement, digitalization, and strategic transformations. He previously worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising organizations on performance management, financial steering, and operating model design. He holds a master's in Finance & Investments and a master's in Business Analytics & Management from the Rotterdam School of Management.

Michael Fuentes Rodriguez is an Application Developer at Lexar. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems Security from VU and has a background in game development.

Nico van den Heuvel has more than twenty years of experience in finance and risk management, focused on creating business value. He has held several senior financial leadership roles at large Dutch institutional organizations including PGGM and a.s.r., working at both strategic and operational levels, with experience in strategy, M&A, and change management. He holds a master's degree in Business Administration.

Peter Broekroelofs has over thirty years of experience in technology and digital transformation, having held several CTO roles at international technology and product companies ranging from fast-growing scale-ups to larger established firms, where he worked on product innovation, scalable technology, and international expansion. Since 2025 he has served as Chief Technology Officer at Lexar, where he supports the firm's technology direction, evaluates new investments from an IT perspective, and contributes to technology-driven value creation across portfolio companies. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Twente.

Peter van Hannen joined Lexar Partners as an intern, having previously worked in strategy consulting at Young Advisory Group and at FDI, a family office focused on investments in the biomedical and life sciences sectors. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a Finance specialization and a Master in Corporate Finance from the University of Amsterdam, including an exchange at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, and is currently pursuing a second master's in Leadership & Management.

Sara van der Laan joined Lexar in 2023 after four years at KPMG, where she started as a trainee and gained experience across departments including transaction services, working on buy- and sell-side transactions. She later joined the Deal Strategy team, advising investment firms and corporates on mergers and acquisitions and growth strategy. She holds a master's degree in Corporate Finance.

Thomas Archer joined Lexar Partners in 2024. He previously worked as a strategy consultant at Salesforce and as an M&A intern at Emendo Capital. He studied at the University of Hong Kong and the University of Bristol, and completed a Master in Finance & Investments with distinction, receiving the MScFI Best Thesis Award for 2023/2024.

Wendela Huber joined Lexar Partners in 2025 with nine years of professional experience, six of them as an investor. She began her career at ABN AMRO, including two years as an investor in its Sustainable Impact Fund focused on socially and environmentally beneficial investments, and spent the following four years as an investor at Bolster Investment Partners supporting entrepreneurs and management teams across various sectors. She holds a master's degree in Strategic Management and in Finance & Investments.

Wouter van Rooij joined Lexar in 2023. Before that, he interned at Vortex Capital Partners and gained experience in strategy consulting at De Kleine Consultant, and served on the board of a student investment association in Delft. He holds a master's degree in Quantitative Finance.
