Mauricio Ortiz is Chief Technology Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Level III Capital, which he co-founded, where he leads the development of trading systems and software supporting the firm's systematic investment strategies in digital assets. He previously worked as an engineer on the Critical Infrastructure team at Goldman Sachs within its Consumer Wealth Management division, maintaining infrastructure for the Marcus consumer bank, and served as a cloud infrastructure instructor at Banco Santander. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley.

Adrian Del Bosque is a Partner and Principal Engineer at Level III Capital, where he builds the firm's trading infrastructure and data processing systems, focusing on scalable architectures for quantitative trading strategies and market analysis. He previously developed software for industrial robotic systems at SpaceX and worked as a Senior Cloud and Platform Engineer at TXU Energy, building systems for electricity market forecasting and capacity planning. He holds a B.S. with honors in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley.

Steven Solcher is the Chief Financial Officer of Level III Capital and has served as its Advisory Board Chair since March 2021. His career includes roles as a Director at KS Ventures, a seed/venture capital firm in San Francisco, and Advisor at Harbor Energy, LLC, along with consulting engagements at Dixie Chicken, Inc., Lumos Labs (Lumosity), and California Coastal Vines, LLC. He holds a Master of Science from Oklahoma State University, an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a BBA from St. Mary's University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and has been an Associate Professor of Practice at The University of Texas at Dallas since August 2010.
