Manages construction of current and upcoming hotel development projects, coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and franchise representatives. He has over 18 years of construction management experience across India, Canada, and the US and holds a Civil Engineering degree from Gujarat University.

Oversees daily operations of the Lam Group hotel portfolio and leads franchise relations, developing strategic plans for marketing, budgeting, and returns. He previously worked in fashion, manufacturing, and importing and studied at New York University.

Oversees procurement and special projects across the Lam Group portfolio, coordinating vendors, designers, and hotel opening logistics. She joined in 2011 after running a fashion manufacturing business and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Oversees legal affairs for Lam Group including labor and employment matters and real estate transactions. She previously prosecuted in a special victims unit at the Kings County District Attorney's Office and earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.

Oversees design and construction activities for Lam Group, managing day-to-day operations to keep projects on time and budget and maintaining relationships with contractors and architects.

Oversees financial reporting and accounting functions at Lam Group, applying his public accounting background to establish reporting controls. He holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland College Park.

Manages the EB-5 program, from documentation and consultation for investors to research, B2B/B2C marketing, and partnerships. He holds a master's in Economics and a bachelor's in China Border Security Law and has experience in passport and visa administration.
