Investment thesis
Lake House is an industry-agnostic private investment company supporting businesses across the globe at every stage, aiming to maximise potential, unlock hidden value and drive growth. It invests in distressed businesses, turnaround situations and fast-growing innovative companies looking to scale. While it has heritage in real estate, media, technology, transportation and internet sectors, it is not fixed on any industry tag. It typically takes a minimum 50% stake and positions itself as a collaborative partner to senior management, favouring a creative, intuitive approach over the adversarial stereotypes of traditional private equity.
