Investment thesis
Kinisis Ventures operates a hybrid acceleration and early-stage investment model, originating from US-based Cypriot expats who leveraged their business expertise and Cyprus presence to identify and accelerate early-stage companies with strong international commercialization prospects. In 2022 the firm consolidated its acceleration assets, including portfolio shares, into a CySEC-regulated hybrid vehicle combining acceleration with early-stage investment. Building on the momentum of KV Fund I, a planned KVF II aims to expand reach, access and scope by further leveraging the team's US presence and investor network.
