He began his career at IBM Latin America, earned an MBA at IE Business School, and worked as a fixed-income portfolio manager in Singapore while contributing to Kilde's growth.

Aleksandra is a UX/UI and web designer with over 7 years of experience in digital product design. She has helped shape Kilde's platform and website, redesigning its visual language and user experience, with strengths in design systems and structuring complex products.

Aleksandra manages and develops relationships with corporate borrowers across Kilde's private credit platform, overseeing deal pipeline coordination, borrower screening and suitability assessments, and quarterly performance monitoring.

Alexander is a senior finance professional with over 20 years of experience, including 9 years with a Big Four firm plus roles at a consulting boutique and an investment bank. He specializes in financial reporting, modeling, and risk management, is an ACCA member completing FRM certification, and holds a PhD in applied mathematics in economics.

Chandrika manages invoice processing and vendor relations, ensuring timely payments and regulatory compliance, and oversees daily banking operations. She has received multiple performance awards across various organizations.

Hatadi manages investor acquisition and relations at Kilde, drawing on a background in finance and client relations. He previously worked at HSBC, Citi, Foodpanda, and Uber.
