Amy Minervini has worked at Kennedy Funding for over 19 years and serves as Controller. She handles managerial, bookkeeping, and accounting duties for the firm's global business, oversees its portfolio of assets including outstanding loans, defaulted loans, and company-owned properties, and manages the funding process for loan closings.

Angie Dubon works at Kennedy Funding, where she oversees the full life cycle of projects, managing scopes, timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal teams. Before her corporate role, she was a teacher at Lowell Elementary School in Teaneck, New Jersey, handling in-person and virtual instruction as well as private tutoring. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with an emphasis on Integrated Math & Science from William Paterson University.

Ben Wolfer is a Loan Officer at Kennedy Funding with a background in data management and security. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security from Lynn University.

Chase Wolfer is a Loan Officer at Kennedy Funding. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from the University of Arizona, where he studied Urban Regional Development. Before joining the firm, he interned at Kennedy Funding for several years.

Edwin Urrego is an Executive Loan Officer at Kennedy Funding, with prior roles at mortgage lenders and real estate firms. He works directly with borrowers and speaks Spanish. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Monmouth University School of Business.

Gregg Wolfer is Chief Operating Officer at Kennedy Funding, where his work spans company marketing and day-to-day transactions. He has experience in commercial real estate lending, including commercial property acquisition, development and construction, income-producing properties, and turnaround situations, with involvement in deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona in Tucson.

Jared Levitt graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park, where he studied communication and business. He first joined Kennedy Funding as an intern in 2016 and worked there over two consecutive summers before becoming part of the team.

Mark Falzone has worked at Kennedy Funding since 2003 as an Executive Loan Officer, having previously been a financial advisor on Wall Street. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Jersey City University and completed the Wells Real Estate Investments course for financial advisors. He holds Series 7, 63, and 31 licenses and a New Jersey Life Insurance License, and participated in the Army ROTC program at Seton Hall.

Steve Rogovich has been with Kennedy Funding since it started and is also involved in various small business ventures in New Jersey. Before joining the firm, he worked in commercial real estate appraisal. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York and served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Andrew Mallory is an Investor Relations Senior Associate at Paladin Capital Group, a Washington, DC-based venture capital firm, where he leads LP communications, fundraising, investor diligence, and capital formation. He previously worked at Cambridge Associates advising family office and foundation portfolios, with a focus on private investment due diligence, manager selection, and institutional portfolio construction.

Ed Albrigo is the Chief Operating Officer of Paladin Capital Group, which he joined in December 2020, where he focuses on the firm's business processes, organization, and strategic direction. He previously served as CEO of the Center for Innovative Technology in Virginia, where he oversaw a seed-stage venture fund and strategic investments in areas including cybersecurity, IoT, autonomous systems, and life sciences, and earlier held roles as COO of The Hilltop Companies and in senior management at Freddie Mac. He holds bachelor's degrees from the University of Rochester and the University of Maryland and an MBA from San Diego State University.
