Robert Chmelar is Managing Partner of Rockaway Alpha at Rockaway Capital and has worked in the private equity industry in Central Europe for 20 years. In 2025, he launched Rockaway Alpha, an evergreen private equity fund structured without the fixed time cycles of traditional funds. His stated focus includes supporting companies through digital transformation and international expansion in the CEE region.

Wojciech M. Pysiewicz is a co-founder of WP2 Investments. He supports selected companies mainly in the medtech and biotech sectors focused on improving physical and mental health, drawing on analysis of medical research and collaboration with academics. Prior to founding the fund, he worked in the investment market, primarily in cryptocurrency, executing over 30,000 transactions between 2016 and 2021.
