He served as CEO of McAfee, leading its 2017 spin-out from Intel, and later joined Microsoft in 2020 as Executive Vice President of Business Development, Strategy, and Ventures, where he oversaw strategic partnerships and Microsoft's corporate venture fund M12. He holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

With over a decade of experience in operational and technical roles across the energy and education sectors, Turner has led cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions in regulated environments, with particular expertise in Agile adoption, MVP launches, and stakeholder partnerships. Turner holds an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification and has experience in cloud infrastructure optimization and automation.
