K2 runs a systematic, market-neutral hedge fund strategy focused on capturing price differences between spot, perpetual swaps and traditional finance instruments, both intra- and inter-exchange, using proprietary software to maintain a pure zero-delta profile with no residual exposure. It trades only the most liquid markets with low leverage (average 1.5x, max 5x) and relies exclusively on market-leading custody, prime brokerage, banking and exchange providers. The fund offers USD, BTC and ETH share classes, monthly liquidity with no lock-up, and is available only to accredited and professional investors outside the US through a Cayman-regulated SPC vehicle.
