Adam Altman is Managing Director, Capital Formation at Jadian Capital, which he joined in 2022. He previously held business development and investor relations roles at Columbus Hill Capital Management and Contrarian Capital Management, and earlier worked in institutional equity sales at Cowen and Company and in the closed-end fund group at The Altman Group. He holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.

Aman Kapadia is a Partner at Jadian and a member of the Investment Committee, with 20 years of experience investing across public and private markets. He was a founding member of Fir Tree Partners' real estate funds, later serving as Partner and Senior Managing Director there, and oversaw traded commercial real estate investments including CMBS, REIT conversions, equity securities, and distressed credit. He previously founded and ran Akaris Global, an investment firm with roughly $500mm in assets under management, and holds a J.D./M.B.A. from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Princeton University.

Dan Schuchinsky is a Managing Director on Jadian's Investment Team and a member of its Investment Committee, and he oversees the day-to-day management of JIOS. Before Jadian, he was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan's Real Estate Americas Group, leading acquisitions across alternative real estate asset classes including industrial outdoor storage, and earlier worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Jones Lang LaSalle. He holds a B.A. in Public Policy with a concentration in Markets and Management from Duke University.

Matthew Hennessy is a Director on the Investment Team at Jadian Capital. He previously worked as an Associate at Angelo, Gordon & Co., where he analyzed and executed single-asset and platform investments across real estate sectors, and began his career at Rialto Capital Management focusing on sub-investment grade CMBS bonds. He holds a B.A. in Architecture from Yale University.

Alexa Cognetta is Director of Operations & Treasury at Jadian Capital. She previously served as Vice President of Accounting and Treasury at LoanCore Capital, overseeing cash and capital management along with accounting and treasury operations, and earlier worked as a Lead Debt Analyst on the Debt and Derivatives team at GE Capital, Treasury. She is a licensed CPA in Connecticut and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University.

Ali Wasserman is a Senior Associate on the Investment Team at Jadian Capital. She previously worked as an Associate on the Investment Team at Brookfield, analyzing and executing asset-level and corporate real estate investments with an emphasis on industrial and office opportunities, and began her career at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing evaluating core and opportunistic strategies. She holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Amy Fosina is the Controller for the management company at Jadian Capital. She previously served as Assistant Controller at DLC Management, handling financial reporting, treasury functions, and accounts payable oversight, and began her career in Deloitte's financial services audit practice. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Richmond and an M.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University, and is a licensed CPA in New York.

Bryan LaPlant is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Jadian Capital, where he oversees the firm's legal and compliance functions and serves on the Investment Committee. He previously held the same role at Forest Avenue Capital Management, practiced with Lowenstein Sandler's Transactions & Advisory Group, and served as Deputy General Counsel of Fir Tree Partners, with earlier work at Latham & Watkins and Ropes & Gray. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Williams College.

Chris Mierzwa is Vice President of FP&A at Jadian Capital. Before Jadian, he was a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services group at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), supporting private equity and corporate buyers and sellers with financial diligence, carve-out analyses, and post-close modeling, and earlier worked in KPMG's financial services audit practice. He holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.

David Judisky is Vice President of Fund Accounting at Jadian Capital. He previously served as an Assistant Controller at Littlejohn & Co., handling financial reporting and operations for the firm's private equity funds, and before that was a senior manager in Deloitte's investment management audit practice. He holds a BS and MS in accounting from Fordham University and is a licensed CPA in New York.

Heidi Kaufman is Head of Investor Relations at Jadian, where she oversees the firm's investor relations and business development activities. She previously served as Partner and Head of Client Strategy at Torchlight Investors and as Vice President of Investor Relations at H/2 Capital Partners, and earlier worked in the finance group at Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation. She holds a B.S. from Saint Thomas Aquinas College.

Hollie Ash is Director of Research at Jadian, where she works on qualitative due diligence. She previously worked as a journalist in London and at Forbes Magazine in New York, then joined the investment team at Fir Tree Partners, and has spent the last decade advising buyside firms. She holds an MSc from Columbia Journalism School and a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol.

Jake Block is a Senior Associate on the investment team at Jadian Capital. He previously worked as an Associate at Blackstone, where he managed a large U.S. logistics platform and worked on multifamily and office investments, including acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, and special situations such as IPOs and capital deployment for BREIT. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Lindsay Gill is a Vice President on the Investor Relations team at Jadian Capital. Before Jadian, she held an investor relations and fundraising role at Hudson Structured Capital Management, and earlier worked at Morgan Stanley in wealth management and at Neuberger Berman on the Global RFP and an investment team. She holds a B.A. from the University of Connecticut.

Lizzie Cohen is Vice President of Operations & Investor Relations at Jadian Capital. She previously served as Director of Operations at The Edinburgh Casting Studio, where she launched the company's US operations and built sales channels on Amazon and Shopify, and as COO of LolSpots, a digital marketing firm focused on influencer-driven media content. She holds a B.A. in Comparative Literature from Cornell University and has 15 years of experience across communications, marketing, operations, and business development.

Matthew Baumel is a Vice President on the Investment Team at Jadian Capital. Before Jadian, he handled real estate acquisitions at Blackstone across single-family rental, life science office, and multifamily development, and previously worked on the Investment Team at Northwood Investors after starting in the Real Estate Gaming and Lodging investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Morgan Wilwol is Chief Financial Officer at Jadian, where she oversees accounting, financial and investor reporting, and fund operations. She was previously Controller at Activant Capital Group and VP of Accounting & Operations at Two Sigma Investments, and began her career in KPMG's financial services audit practice. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego and is a licensed CPA in New York.

Rick DeCesare serves as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Jadian, where he helps oversee the firm's compliance function. He previously was a Managing Director managing the compliance program at PCCP and worked as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Athene Asset Management, an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, and began his career as a litigation paralegal at Boies Schiller Flexner. He holds a B.A. in History and Politics from New York University.

Toby Nelson is a Senior Associate on the Investment Team at Jadian Capital. He previously worked at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, where he handled sourcing, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions and developments across asset classes in the United States, and before that was an Associate on the Real Estate Capital Advisory team at Evercore, advising real estate sponsors on recapitalizations, private M&A, and restructurings. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.

Zach Fredman is a Senior Associate on the investment team at Jadian Capital. He previously worked as an associate at Palistar Capital (formerly Melody Capital), where he analyzed and executed equity and credit investments in digital infrastructure assets and operating companies, and began his career as an analyst at Altman Solon focused on M&A due diligence for technology, media, and telecom clients across the US and Latin America. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Brown University.
